Olney School, Olney

New secondary school for 600 pupils in the village of Olney as an annex to the existing Ousedale Secondary School at Newport Pagnell.

Kilburn Building, College of North West London

A five storey, new college campus building constructed on a constrained site off Kilburn High Road. The site is bounded by public roads on three sides and party boundaries on the fourth side. The building was opened by the Mayor of London in September 2007.

265 Merton Road, Southfields

Merton Road used to be home of the former 'OK Sauce' headquarters. The project involved refurbishment of the external fabric of the building and upgrading internally to provide a dozen small business units.

New sports hall and adjoining multi - use games area as the final phase of the complete rejuvenation of the school accommodation.

Cremorne Boating Centre, Chelsea

New Cor - Ten clad canoe boating centre on the bank of the Thames. The centre includes the construction of a new raised platform to give access to the adjacent existing jetty and associated external works. The buildings are designed to be removable in the event of a flood.

MAT Block Development, Dame Alice Owen's School, Potters Bar

This new Maths and Technology building replaces the existing 1970's block, using TCF funding. Naturally ventilated, the exposed high thermal mass concrete structure will act as a heat sink, drawing the heat into the floors and roof, then dissipating it overnight to prevent summertime overheating. The building was opened by the Duke of Kent in November 2007.

Green Gables Montessori School, St Georges-in-the-East Church, London

Conversion of the crypt of this 18th century Nicholas Hawksmoor church to form a spacious new nursery school with 4 classrooms and offices. The school includes a fish tank wall which links the classrooms.
